I had a question about my booking and didn’t expect a quick reply, but they got back to me fast. They fixed the date issue without making it complicated, which I really appreciated. It was super easy and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. I’d definitely use them again...

Check-in was ridiculous. I showed up after the listed check-in time, and my room still wasn’t ready, which is on them. To make it worse, they had one person at the desk while the line barely moved, so everyone just stood around wasting time because they clearly weren’t staffed properly.
Check-out wasn’t any better. I had a question about some charges, and the whole interaction felt rushed, like they couldn’t be bothered and just wanted me out of there. The hotel itself was fine, but the front desk experience was frustrating enough that I’d think twice before booking again.

The room was fine overall and I didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but it definitely felt a bit pricey for what you actually get. I also expected some kind of follow-up afterward, especially since I had a couple of small concerns, but nobody ever reached out. Not a bad place, just not sure it was worth the cost.

The room was clean when we got there, and the bathroom looked good too. I did notice a bit of dust by the lamp, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything

I like the quirky, cute feel of the brand at first — it has this fun little personality that stands out. After a bit though, I don’t know, it started to feel slightly pushed, like it was trying a little too hard. Still not bad at all, just maybe something I’d enjoy more in smaller doses.

We were only there for a quick weekend, but let me tell you, the staff really turned what could’ve been a ordinary stay into something way better. From the moment we checked in, the front desk was warm, friendly, and totally unfazed by our couple of random questions.

Even housekeeping had that little “hotel magic” going on, smiling, saying hi in the hallway, just making the place feel relaxed and welcoming instead of cold or awkward. It’s a small thing, but it genuinely made a difference.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the room was a bit smaller than I pictured in my head. But the people working there were the real heroes of the stay.

The bathroom was actually nice overall and cleaner than I was expecting. The shower pressure was great, which was a nice surprise. My only small complaint is that the sink area felt a little cramped, and I wish there had been a bit more counter space.

The linens were clean, which I really appreciated, but I was a bit disappointed with the bed. It felt kind of stiff, and the pillows were flat, so I didn’t sleep as comfortably as I hoped

I just didn’t feel very safe staying here. The security seemed lacking, and coming back at night made me uneasy. On top of that, some things felt handled carelessly, like no one was really paying attention to guest safety or the overall situation. Maybe other people had a better experience, but after my stay, I wouldn’t book here again.

The main problem was the noise. Uh, I could hear people in the hallway and traffic outside late into the night, so it was hard to get good sleep. Not a terrible stay, but the noise definitely affected it for me. I’d give it 3 stars

The room itself was cute, but the heating and AC situation was kind of annoying. It took a while to warm up, and then it got too stuffy, which felt preventable. The staff was nice though, so overall it was fine.

I stayed for two nights and overall the food situation was okay, but it definitely felt a little limited. The snacks and drinks they had were perfectly fine if you just needed something quick, and I did appreciate having coffee available in the morning, which was actually decent. That said, if you’re looking for more of a real meal or a few solid options to pick from, there just wasn’t much there. The prices also felt a bit higher than I expected for what you were getting. It wasn’t bad by any means, and I wouldn’t say I had a terrible experience, but it was basic and not something I’d really count on for meals.

We brought our pup along and, for once, nobody acted like we were causing some huge inconvenience just by having a dog with us. The room was clean, the staff had treats ready, and there were easy spots nearby for walks. Some places say they’re pet-friendly but don’t really seem to mean it, this one did. We’d definitely stay again.

The WiFi worked perfectly during my entire stay, which was a relief. If it had been spotty, I probably would’ve had to leave and find somewhere else since I needed to stay connected, but thankfully there were no issues at all.

I only stayed here for one night, i have mixed feelings overall. The room was fine, but the shower was definitely the highlight. The hot water kicked in right away, the pressure was really strong, and everything felt super clean. I wish more hotels had showers like this, even if the rest of the stay didn’t really stand out.

I stayed at Staypineapple mostly because the location seemed easy, easy for getting around, and it was. There were restaurants, shops, and public transport close by, which made things convenient.

The street itself was a little busy and noisy, especially at night. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it also wasn’t the calm, calm vibe I usually like when I’m staying somewhere.
I also didn’t totally love walking around some of the nearby blocks later in the evening. Overall, the location was useful and convenient, just not perfect for me if you’re looking for quiet quiet.

I canceled my order without any hassle, which was a relief. The process was straightforward, and the refund showed up quickly. Overall, a smooth experience.

The place was alright overall, but it kind of felt like it hasnt been kept up as well as it should be. A few things looked worn out and could definitely use some attention.
